On February 3 Miguel Juarez Middle School received a proclamation for the month of February to be known as "Attendance Awareness Month at Miguel Juarez". Miguel Juarez has been working hard to improve the scholars' attendance and working with the city on the proclamation signing is just another step in promoting the importance of the issue.
